Braces Update #4! Something New!

Previous post - Next post(Coming soon)

Well I haven't posted in a while because nothing new has really been happening with my teeth. But today I got something new! :) Here some older pictures to catch up.

You may need to click on the picture to make it larger but below you can see they put wire around one of the brackets because my tooth was to far back and they couldn't get the plasticy one on all the way. They put one over the wire though for comfort. It's the tooth on the right of the metal bracket. The twisted wire end goes toward my canine.

And finally, 1/27/15!

They've put some kind of elastic chain on me, I don't know exactly what it's called but it's similar to the regular bands I had except these are all connected. They're to help move my teeth together and close all the remaining gaps. You can probably notice in some of the pictures I have gaps between my lower canines and incisors, and still where they pulled my premolars out. Only 1 gap from my extractions is fully closed and that's on the top right(my right, so the left side of my pictures I think?). She told me it might be painful but I've had them on for almost 4 hours now and I feel fine. The beginning of the treatment was definitely the most painful. The last few months have been a breeze. They shaved a little off the blue things in my mouth but then they decided I needed a little still so they didn't take them off yet. They're to keep me from biting the brackets off.

We asked him how far into the treatment I was today and he said about half way! From when I got my wires on until now has been just 7 appointments. I'm very shocked by this news but excited to that they might be done early! :) He told me 2 years at the consultation and it's only been about 6 months since I got them on in July

Simple Valentine's Day Nails

I decided to try doing Valentine's Day nails and I was going for something completely different but this is how they ended up instead.

ORLY - White Tips
Sinful Colors - Pinky Glitter. About 2-3 coats
Sinful Colors - Out Of This World. A light coat over top.
I used Sally Hansen's Insta-Dri for the base and top coat

A jewel missing already! :( Normally I use glue but I ran out.

Update: Try using top coat if you don't have glue. Either a little on the jewel on dry paint or on wet top coat.

Happy New Year! +Some Nails & Lip Gloss

I hope you all have had a merry Christmas! :) I hope everyone's year has had some good moments in it and I hope 2015 will be even better! My resolution is to enjoy myself more often because I find that difficult. Feel free to share your resolutions in the comments!
Here are some pictures from Christmas eve, Christmas, and New Years eve:

My Christmas eve and Christmas make up. This picture is from Christmas eve but I did the same thing Christmas day.

Christmas day. I got this mac lip gloss in a set with 3 others and I just love it! :) This picture is with it on. It is soo gorgeous in real life, the pictures don't show how gorgeous it really is! I really recommend it.

Our gingerbread houses Christmas eve. :) We bought a pack of 5 smaller ones so everyone got their own.
