I did these nails for Christmas in 2013. They came out a little weird but if the tips were done correctly I think it would look great which is why I'm posting this. Plus from a distance it didn't look to terrible. :P I'm quite a bit better at nail painting now.
Toes came out a little better
So here is what I used. I'm not sure what I used for a base and top coat but anything will do.
Sally Hansen Hard as Nails - White On
e.l.f. - Smokin Hot
e.l.f - Dream Maker
