With hair nearing classic length it can be quite annoying to leave my hair loose! Most days I put it in a bun. That gets it 100% out of the way unlike a braid, and it's also very protective for your hair. I do really love wearing my hair down but it's just not practical sometimes.
The Nautilus Bun
My favorite bun would probably be the nautilus. I can get it to stay by itself (You will probably notice that in my video) most of the time which is great for around the house. If I go out I'll secure it with a hair stick though. Other buns are more attractive in my opinion but this one still looks nice and it's so practical!
The Cinnabun
My second favorite bun right now is the cinnabun, or cinnamon bun. Which ever you prefer. It's very simple and I secure it with 2 large spin pins.
The English Braid
Since it's winter and I'm wearing warm hats I can't really do a bun sometimes. If I'm going out and want my hair contained I like to do an English braid.
And Of Course, Loose
A lot of the time I do just leave my hair loose. It's pretty and I can always put it up later if I need to.
Honestly, I change my hair a lot throughout the day. I just have a hard time keeping my hair the same way all day. It just ends up bugging me. If it's in a bun I usually take it out and redo it a few times a day. Though I seem to be able to keep a braid in all day.
