My first review from the Shimmer VoxBox, imPRESS Manicure press-on nails! I've never tried artificial nails so this was really cool to be able to try. I was apprehensive about the color at first, but it actually looked really good! Continue reading to see what I loved, what I hated, and how they are applied!

The set comes with 30 nails of various sizes, as well as 6 accent nails. The accent nails came in 3 different sizes (2 of each size). You can find the number sizes on the underside of each nail near the nail tip.
It also comes with an alcohol wipe to cleanse your nails with, and an orange stick which I didn't end up using. The directions paper also had a very small file glued onto it. I only used this to smooth the nail tips as there were some flaws on the ends from production.
Directions
The application is super easy. I did lay out all my selected nails as it suggests. This helps you from getting confused about the sizes and after you cleanse your nails you don't want to be digging around looking for the right nail because you will likely pick up some dirt while doing that.
Applied to the nails
Absolutely love how they look! The thumb nail wasn't really the right shape for my nails but it's not really that noticeable so that's not a big deal at all. The rest fit very nicely. I've had them on for about a week or more now and they're still going strong!
Long hairs beware! (Or, basically, anyone who needs to touch their/other people's hair)
This is my biggest and most unfortunate complaint with these nails. While they look gorgeous, are easy to apply, and last a long time, they snag hair like no other!! I have hair past my butt. The hairstyles I need to do to contain my hair requires me to slip my hands through and around my hair, especially for wrap buns which are my most common hairstyles! There seems to be a gap between the fake nail and the real nail because of the thick adhesive. I would get this same snagging problem with regular polish too if my nails had grown out and I didn't tidy the polish up after getting some over the cuticle. This creates a little ridge for hair to snag on. But when the hair snags on these press on nails it hurts bad and it really grabs on.
Now, you might think, 'oh boo hoo that's just your problem because you choose to keep your hair so long', and perhaps it is. But if I think about hairdressers, people who prefer to finger comb their hair, people who like to do braids and/or buns, this could be a big problem no matter if the length of the hair is an extreme or not! So to me, it was worth mentioning. Unfortunately, because of this issue, I can't say I'll be using these nails on a regular basis. If there was some kind of event going on where I wanted to have my nails look nice with minimal effort then I'd definitely turn to these nails, but for my day to day life, they're just not that practical for me.
However, I will say, this snagging issue wasn't as bad when I was washing my hair, which was actually a big surprise. So perhaps if you don't need to run your fingers through your hair, or you were just very very careful, then these nails would still work great for you!
